As Account Development Associate (ADA) you will play a critical role in our customer acquisition process, driving our revenue growth objectives via a combination of inside sales, qualification and strategic prospecting responsibilities. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be entrusted with the relationships, strategy and ongoing well-being of Bipsync’s customers, and be responsible for maintaining our excellent retention rate, driving adoption of Bipsync across your accounts.
