About the Revenue Operations Analyst Role

The RevOps Analyst will be a key member of the team, and partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Account Management to develop and deliver a suite of enablement and analytical capabilities. Among the day-to-day responsibilities are:

  • Own the operation and administration of critical Sales & Marketing systems, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Hubspot.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency across key Sales & Marketing Systems.
  • Report, measure, and refine KPIs, create forecasts and build dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Operate and refine a best-in-class sales forecast, pipeline analysis, and operating/meeting cadence.
  • Monitor dashboards daily and communicate actionable insights to Sales & Marketing leaders to guide execution of targeted goals.
  • Create charts, data sets, slides, and supporting documentation for all Sales meetings, QBRs, Board meetings, and the like.

  • You have a passion for digging deep, and finding the “why”.
  • You are a nimble team player with a sense of urgency.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required, preferably in Math,
  • Finance or Statistics
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience and experience analyzing complex data sets
  • 1 year work experience for a tech company, preferably in Finance or Revenue Operations
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft a plus
