Danny Donado

CEO & Founder

Before founding Bipsync, Danny spent 5 years as a research analyst at a multi-billion dollar long/short equity hedge fund. During this time he experienced firsthand how inefficient, ineffective, and inconsistent the research process was for most investors, and set out to create an alternative. As CEO, Danny brings substantial industry domain expertise and solution implementation experience. Danny studied business at the University of Virginia (B.S. Commerce) and the Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA).

Paul Preece


Paul is Bipsync’s CTO with over 12 years of senior development and management experience across a variety of applications, including enterprise content management and research management. He was the first programmer at Bipsync and the core architect of the platform. Prior to Bipsync, Paul was a senior developer on the product team at one of the UK’s largest enterprise web platform companies.

Craig Marvelley

VP of Engineering

Craig brings over 13 years of product development experience to Bipsync, notably in the architecture and engineering of several enterprise CMS and CRM systems on web and mobile platforms. He is an open source contributor, a frequent conference speaker, and a dedicated community organizer. He studied Computing with Physics at Cardiff University (B.Sc. Joint Hons.).

Jen Gambarini

VP of Marketing

Jen has over 12 years of B2B tech marketing management experience, specializing in fast-growth vendors and their routes to market. Prior to Bipsync, she was a director at a PR & marketing agency, delivering go-to-market strategies and international campaigns across mobile, security and cloud technologies. Jen graduated from the University of Bristol in 2005.

Cynthia Van

VP of Finance and Operations

Cynthia worked in finance for eight years at both Citi and Barclays before transitioning into fintech in early 2015, and she’s currently a CFA charterholder. She has extensive experience in data analytics and financial modeling as well as account strategy and project management. Cynthia graduated from Harvard in 2006 with an undergraduate degree in Biochemical Sciences.
