About the Role

As the FinOps Associate, you will ensure that all financial and operational administration processes work effectively across both Bipsync US and UK offices. You will be critical to internal financial reporting and payroll in addition to client- and vendor-facing aspects of finance and operations, providing a general business administration function. This is a vital role that supports an efficient and comfortable environment for our growing team.

Your Duties

  • Manage Quickbooks Online accounts for both Bipsync US and UK offices and maintain primary responsibility for bookkeeping.
  • Generate monthly consolidated financial reports as soon as month end schedules are finalized.
  • Track client invoices and collections and keep all internal records and systems updated.
  • Manage relationships with Bipsync’s external vendors and service providers, owning the process from procurement to maintenance and payments.
  • Remote support for the UK office during US office hours, including monthly UK payroll arrangements and liaising with the office landlord and suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support to internal projects and teams as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a financial and/or operational capacity.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with Quickbooks Online.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize while juggling multiple projects.
  • Proficient in standard Office software packages, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus.
