The Bipsync Research Management System is now on release 132, bringing several improvements to the system.
Most notable in this release is a change to the source that Bipsync uses for its financial data information. This data is used to automatically power Bipsync’s market data/price charting dashboards and widgets, and now offers additional streams.
Through this our clients are able to enhance dashboards with a range of metrics concerning related companies, from Gross Profit to Net Cash Flow. Note that in addition to this functionality, clients also chose to pipe-in data from their existing providers and populate dashboards with their own data sources (e.g. Bloomberg, CapIQ). Responsive App Improvements
Building on our last release we’ve continued to optimize Bipsync for smaller-screen mobile devices, including several leading Android phones and tablets.
From this release, Bipsync will render both the note list and the note editor much more reliably on these devices.
Other Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Tasks now show project names in summary
- Single-Sign-On flow improvements (navigates to requested URL)
- API improvements around Contacts
- Default columns are now configurable for classification and contact dashboards
As usual, please get in touch with any questions about this release, or if you have any feedback or suggestions about the Bipsync platform.
