Meet Firakh from our Customer Success team! We asked Firakh what it’s like to work at Bipsync, check out what he had to say…

Firakh is a Senior Customer Success Manager, who has been with Bipsync for over 2 years. Firakh is involved in onboarding new clients which starts from trial to go-live rollout.

Prior to Bipsync, Firakh spent over 6 years at Preqin, an alternative asset research firm, where he oversaw all research operations in the US and analyzed Investors and Fund Managers. Firakh is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Economics. In his spare time enjoys traveling, finding the best cocktails in the city, and rooting for the NJ Devils!

What’s your favorite part about working at Bipsync? 
I’m learning something new every day and it helps when you’re working with smart and genuinely good people!

What has been your most proud moment at Bipsync (so far)?
Apart from working through my first solo implementation from start to finish, it would be placing 2nd in the Hot Wings challenge (it’s not 1st but I felt like I held my own!)

Describe what your typical day looks like at Bipsync…
Throughout the day I’m working through a mix of support issues, new/current client implementation, internal/external zoom meetings, and ad hoc requests. I also try to manage some time contemplating what the best lineup is for my fantasy Premier League team!

What excites you the most about working in a start-up environment?
You’re always on your toes and never know what new challenges you’ll face! There’s never a dull day when you’re working on new projects and assisting prospective/current clients.

What do you think are the most important qualities of a Customer Success Manager?
Time Management and a problem-solving mindset are key to be an effective customer success manager.

What would you say is the most satisfying aspect of your role?
What I love about my job is the collaborative environment. Whether it’s speaking with a colleague in Cardiff or getting on zoom for a quick chat, everyone is willing to help to get the job done!
