Brian is a Senior Customer Success Director and is approaching his five-year anniversary at Bipsync.  As the head of implementation, Brian is involved in everything from initial trial and configuration through to the full go-live rollout and onboarding of new clients. 

With over 10 years of experience, working in both San Francisco and New York City, Brian started out in the RMS space at Advent Tamale before joining Bipsync to help transform the research management landscape.  Brian is a graduate of Fordham University, a culinary connoisseur, and an avid Yankees fan.

We asked Brian about what it’s really like to work at Bipsync.  Here’s what he had to say…


What’s your favorite part about working at Bipsync? 
Flexibility around the work schedule and location (pre-dating the Covid era). Also, it’s great knowing that I have direct input on the product direction and vision.

What has been your most proud moment at Bipsync (so far)?
When I started at Bipsync, there were maybe a dozen clients, and we have since grown that number exponentially. It’s been a wild run to watch the company grow in a number of ways but knowing that my team and I specifically helped spurt that growth is the biggest.

Describe what your typical day looks like at Bipsync…
No such thing! Every day is different and some days end nowhere close to where you thought they would be after getting pulled into a number of different directions. There are some days where I feel like I got “nothing” done because I was too busy doing everything else.

What excites you the most about working in a start-up environment?
Everyone wants to be here, nobody is “coasting” like in other jobs. If you don’t “show up” for a day or two, it is noticed.

What do you think are the most important qualities of a Customer Success Director?
Patience. To expand on that, the ability to work with all different types of people and to not take anything personally.

What would you say is the most satisfying aspect of your role?
Developing a unique workflow that satisfies the needs of a customer.

How do you think your Bipsync colleagues would describe you in 3 words?
Dedicated, Persistent, Particular
